The apartments were super spacious and had everything we needed for a comfy stay. The kitchen was a real lifesaver, and the balcony was perfect for chill evenings. The free WiFi was a nice bonus too!

The only drawback was the size of the kitchenette in the standard rooms, but that's just me.

Great location, close to Flinders St station. The room was clean and had a nice layout. Although the bed was a bit too firm for my liking, we were able to get a good night's sleep thanks to the central location and lack of outside noise.

Our stay in this serviced apartment could not have been better! The location was ideal, as it was close to the train station and everything in the city. Having a convenience store downstairs was a plus. Our room was clean and the shower had great pressure. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they stored our bags all day after check out. The balcony view of the city was amazing.

The emergency evacuation on Saturday night was chaotic and unorganized.

Modern & Well-Equipped Kitchen: The apartment's kitchen was like a masterchef's playground, with every gadget imaginable. I felt like I could host my own cooking show with the state-of-the-art appliances. It made meal prep feel like a luxury experience.

Great location near public transport, cafes, and restaurants. The hotel facilities were clean and easy to access everything. Transportation was right near a tram stop and Melbourne city centre was easily reachable.

Aura on Flinders is perfectly situated just a stone's throw away from the lively Crown Casino oasis, with its high-end dining spots, movie theaters, chic bars, and unique shopping boutiques. The family-friendly location provided endless entertainment options, keeping the kids thoroughly entertained, and ensured an unforgettable experience for the whole family.

My wife says that it would be great to have more kid-friendly amenities available.

The location of this hotel was fantastic. It was conveniently close to trams and restaurants, making it easy to explore the city and find great places to eat. The proximity to the train station was also a major plus, as it made arriving and departing easy.

We couldn't go up to visit our friends without having to go through reception first, which was like an unnecessary hassle.

The decoration of the apartment was lovely, especially the cozy sitting area with comfortable chairs and soft lighting. The general areas were easy to navigate, and there were plenty of seating areas for resting. The accessibility for senior people was excellent, with elevators and handrails in place, making it easy to move around.

The children working there should consider adding more grab bars in the bathroom for better safety.

This hotel is in a great area of the city, with a tram stop right in front of the building. It's within the free tram zone, so it's very convenient for exploring the CBD. The rooms have balconies with pleasant outlooks and some even have amazing views of the city or the river. The basic amenities are all there, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Plus, the prices are reasonable, especially considering that breakfast is included.
